Omg it really is like a switch has been turned off! Woke up this morning, made a brew and some toast and I'm not craving a cig in the slightest! My morning routine has always been kettle on and straight outside! An hour later I'm still not fussed! I'm amazed!

I'm really happy to hear this! So, the Champix is really working for you! That is really great news, indeed. It is so freeing not being chained to the need for a smoke. Good for you!

Over 24 hours since my last cigarette and I've honestly not missed it! I've had a couple of moments, like when I got home from work and after my tea, but I just distracted myself and the urge went! It was down to habit though, not cravings!

Tomorrow will be the real test when I'm home all day, but I'm feeling so positive!

Still smoke free it's been a real challenge today and I've been so close to caving this aft as we've had some potentially really bad news, but being strong! Can't believe how well I'm doing!

Yay for still being smoke free despite the challenges! So sorry that you've had some bad news. I hope you're okay
