New NSV for me ... 110kgs on the leg press for 3 sets of 12!!

That's just over 200% of my body weight, next goal is 150kgs!!

2 people have commented on my weightloss today ive not seen ex-mil in about a year and the first thing she said was "my god you've lost weight!" and just seen a school mum who said I was looking great and she'd meant to say before! So feeling quite happy, even if I am sat in the Chinese haha!
