How long until you see results?

Just curious really! I know in my head how I want to look, but always get demotivated after a week or so when I've not seen any results! Which is daft, cos I know it's not instantaneous I guess it's the downside to being at goal, cos when you're losing weight, it's easier to see a difference! I've got a 21st coming up next month, any chance I'll have seen a change by then?!

If you're exercising I think you should see a difference within 4-6 that you can see, others may notice quicker xx

That's what I was thinking, 4-6! Wish it was sooner I've started to see a reduction in bloat already, but I think that's cos af's gone rather than anything else!

In what areas? Do you measure? I didn't see much just the tape measure proved it and I could feel my arms toning!

It's my hips I want it off most ATM, and my thighs! I do measure and take pics, I took a pic the other day in the dress I want to wear for my sister's party in 3 weeks and am hoping I'll see a difference then! I've also got a pic of me in that dress almost 3 stone heavier

What a super idea, to take a photo or two in an outfit that you love. I have some pale gray slacks and a lacy white top that I want to wear more often. But the colors are pale, and the outfit shows every bump. So I'll take a photo today and one more in 2 weeks or so. I'll let you know when I do the comparison!

It took me almost two months to see a difference. If you see results in four to six weeks then you are really "going hard" as they say. I guess it all depends on how strict your dieting is and how much exercise you are getting. It obviously is going to vary by person.

Meadow, I really recommend taking photos and measurements! It's a lot more motivating than waiting for the scales to go down! I've got photos of me in outfits and then the same outfit 3stone lighter - I love looking at them!
