So I've not been since the kids stopped for the holidays and I decided to stay off it until they are back ... I feel really unmotivated and blergh now, nothing to keep me going because it really does make me feel GREAT about myself.
Anyway has anyone had a long period off from the gym and struggled when they got back? Have a feeling it's going to take some push to get back into it *gulp*
Im hoping to go back Tuesday and havent been for over 6 months, although I went swimming when pregnant. Bricking it, especially as this will be the first time Ive left LO
