Wii or Kinect fitness games

Does anyone own a Wii or Xbox Kinect? If so do you have fitness games? I have several games for both consoles. I do play these often. I also get my kids playing with me. They have so much fun they don't even think it is exercise.

We had a Kinect and it was great. We played the Kinect sports and you do get a good workout with things such as tennis, football, athletics, boxing etc. I much prefer it over the wii as you're not stuck holding a controller and can really get into the game

I've got Xbox kinect and its great as like Bev said, don't have to hold any controller etc. I've got the latest Just Dance, kinect sports and previously had Zumba which was good too. They all work up a good sweat which reminds me, I better dig my games out and start again. They've been gathering dust

I do like the Kinect better too. I started out with a Wii so I have more games for the Wii. I love Zumba, EA Active and The Biggest Loser games on Kinect. I play all the Just Dance and sport games with my kids. I also love Wii Fit and Wii Fit Plus. The balance games are my favorite.

I have Kinect and I love it. I have Zumba and an MMA kickboxing trainer that my husband enjoys. Tezzy, what is your favorite way to work out?

We plan to get a Xbox Day One but I have no idea about the Kinect. I have seen a few online demo clips but I have never tried it myself so I hope we end up liking it.

I got an Xbox 360 with Kinect about three months ago (I'm a late convert from the Wii!), workout-wise so far I have Dance Central 3 and Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2012. I love them both - DC3 is fun, while Your Shape is a proper workout with aerobic classes, toning workouts and all sorts. It tracks your calories and you can set yourself all sorts of objectives/goals, which I find really motivational. I'd definitely recommend it.

I've never really taken to Zumba - for some reason I just cannot coordinate myself well enough to feel like I'm doing it right. Maybe my expectations of myself are too high! I can do DC, but not very well on the harder difficulty levels - there's always at least one limb that has that red line around it because it's not doing what it should be.
