Okay I was supposed to be going to a toning class with a friend, but she text me 5 mins before we were supposed to leave to say she couldn't make it
I'm feeling rubbish today, generally low mood so lacking motivation, and my shin splints are playing up again so really don't want to do anything that could make them worse so was wondering if I could just do a strength session with no cardio? Or would I need some form of cardio to make it worthwhile?
I do have days where I mostly just do strength but will always start off with 30mins cardio, so not sure how it'd work and I don't wana just waste time.
