Ooh this is great, I need more exercises to do at home... at the moment other than my DVD me and Lucas just jump around for a bit, haha.

I think body weight increase your strength in legs,arms and shoulders.

Yea probably! I think the first proper week I'll have some chill/exercise time and then start on the job search! Got my bloody p45 in the post the other day, they didnt even bloody tell me I was getting it!
First week they are back the youngest is on half days so that's screwed me
but I need to reintroduce myself to the working computer properly that week but oh boy I can't wait to get back on it.
