I don't get why they do the half day thing! One of the schools round here does a week of mornings then a week of afternoons, wtfs the point in that?! Our school doesn't go back til weds and do 1/2 days the first 3 days! Bloody small one doesn't go back til a week on Monday!

Our school use to do 4 weeks of half days so I was quite grateful when I heard it's now just a weak Ours was alternative morning and afternoon days. Its for children who aren't use to being in a nursery/school for most part of day I believe! x

Thanks for sharing, Bar_Belle. This looks like a good list for all areas of the body. I have been needing to change up my routine some. Think I'll try some of these.
