What is your cardio routine?

Mine is

6min xtrainer warm up (sometimes i actually end up stickin to 15mins)
10min bike over 100rpm
10min treadmill alternating 1min walk & 1min jog (finally built up to achieve this! )
15min row

then i do my strenth, and go back to the bike for cooldown. I wonder whether I do enough cardio in.comparison to everyone else, but this is what PT set me so interested in everyone elses

10 minutes cardio warm-up on anything
20 minutes cardio on anything

I usually start with treadmill but have been trying to get onto the xtrainer again (least liked) for warmup and after the rower and bike, if I'm staying longer I get on TM again also. 20 minutes x3 each or x2 15-20mins.

I often stay longer than the 20 minutes after strength, sometimes up to an hour depending on how busy I am on the day and or if I'm motivated

On cardio days I will do 1 full hour of cardio, whatever I like as long as its an hours worth, usually something like 30 mins treadmill, 15 mins rower, 15 mins bike

The bike I will do 45-60 minutes
The cross trainer 20 minutes xx

Oh on full cardio days I do hour half cardio between various ... At least once a week!
