What's your favourite and least favourite machines for cardio?

I mostly like the treadmill for power walking and least favour the cross trainer.

I can't run on the treadmill at the gym though .... Scared to fall off

I like my exercise bike at home. But I cannot for the life of me do a cross trainer, i just have no strength in my legs to do it. Something to work on in the future!

The rower kills my neck after a while although when I first start I feel it's a bit of a break between treadmill and bike!

In what way kills you? How long do you do?

The rower was really hurting around my neck but I sit differently now and noticed a massive change (more up-straight).

For me I just find it really hard work and not particularly enjoyable...and i usually get a stitch in the last 5mins. Im not sure exactly how.to regulate my breathing tho so that could be the problem?I have to do 15mins which involves 2mins steady pace then 1min sprint alternating.

Oh yeah i think posture helps, i find that when i start to lag i tend to pull with one shoulder higher than the other.and i have to consciously stop myself.
