I find myself watching (stalking) other people a lot too.

I watch others and see how their posture is haha

I once got the wrong handles on one of the strength things and didn't realise until someone got on it after me pahaha!

I get ya, I thought you had become the resident gym weirdo ha!

Yeah that's a good idea as long as they're doing it right too. Generally the ones who stay on the longest I find do it best. I seen on some TV programme that you should only bend your arms in at the very last second, once your legs are fully extended, which helped me coz I had started bending them right in the beginning.

Hahah, Nothing worse than you thinking you're owning it, then someone else comes along and does it completely different! Happened with me yesterday on the fly chest weights, rather embarrassing lol!

The cross trainer kills me off, I have really bad co-ordination and it baffles me for a few minutes and cant get into a good stride and when I do I'm already tired haha. Never gone more than 20 minutes on a cross trainer.

20 mins is good though!! I've got the hang of it now, coz been doing it for a while, but sometimes I get these wacky moments where I'm like "I'm gonna fall off" and have a mini freak out
