Skipping!

I saw Michelle Heaton this morning on Tv talking about skipping

She said if you only have 10 minutes to workout that skipping burns the most calories
Do it for 30 seconds then take a 15 second break and repeat. Best to do it in front of a wall clock with a second hand xx

Home bargains do them for £3

But really you can do the skipping motion better without tripping on the rope, just swing your arms and lift both legs of the ground. So much harder than it sounds though :| lol x

Even if you only try 5 minutes to begin with. It burned my legs like nothing else after only 2 minutes! X

Oo I have a skipping rope stuffed at the back of my bedside table that I keep meaning to use! I may just dig it out

Apparently 10mins skipping is the equivalent of running 1mile, except it's easier on the joints? That's what I read anyway!
