What classes does everyone do?

And what do people recommend?

I can't get the the gym more than once a week so I thought I'd try classes. I'm just baffled by the amount there is!
Does anyone do any? The only one I've tried was Zumba a couple of years back - I just don't have the rhythm haha.

Our gym does a boot camp class once a week, I'm sure most have something like this. Hard work by the looks of it but I bet it works!

Also some gyms (if not all) have a daily rate rather than club rate if you can only manage once a week. Ours is £10 for full use of the gym, swimming, sauna, etc.

Or you could push yourself at home with something like the 30 day shred?

Body pump is supposed to be really good, combines strength training with some cardio. I've not tried it though.

Boot camps seem to be really popular too!!

I'd love to try body pump. I've done body attack which is the more cardio based one which was fab! But really hard work. Zumba actually isnt my cup of tea anymore but i think it can be down to the instructor you have?

Really wana do a bums n tums class, and i've done spinning but never again lol!

I like the classes which are more toning and strength base, i just suck at cardio.
