Tai Chi...For Strength?

Actually, yes! Believe it or not, it's not just for old people either. Doing Tai Chi will not only increase blood flow, and help your immune system, but it will actually increase your flexibility and strength. The slow moves that require balance, and finesse, will make your muscles leaner, more flexible, and stronger in the long run.

I've always wanted to do tai chi, it looks so calming! It may have to be another DVD to add to my collection

I always wanted to learn how to do tai chi but have never gotten around to it. Anything to reduce the stress in my life is a bonus. Thanks for bringing this to mind. Our local spa has this class on their schedule.

I started with an old VHS tape many years ago and I love it! After I get done, I feel like I could run a marathon. And yes, it has a super calming effect on you as well. Try YouTube for some free instructional videos to get your feet wet.
