Help need some advice

Hi hope i am posting in the right area
Could anybody help me with a plan for working out. Over the past 18 months i have lost 7 stone and have another 2-3 stone to lose but i seem to have hit a brick wall. I have back problems due to multiple horse riding injuries so it has been a long process getting the weight off. I normally do an hour- hour and half of cardio at the gym 3 or 4 times a week. I make sure i go a long walk every day. I have a very healthy diet. If any one has any advice it would be a massive help
