Haha Purple ... it's just not a priority but next go I'd love to do a 20 miler. I really enjoyed it, much more than running. This is defo for me, I just need routine after the move and some nice days to get the buzz up some more.

Oh I hear you on routine - mine has gone to pot since I started my new job 4 months ago now.
I'll have to dust off my cycle - my eldest daughter uses it more than me.
Good luck! 20 miles seems like a marathon to me! lol

I got myself a second hand bike last November as I had an anxiety problem due to health and so the only way for me to go out was on a bike. It was like my security blanket. It was the start of getting my life back. I'm lucky as we have flat roads here and off road cycle paths. I try and go out every day. Anything from 5 miles to 10 miles. I need to get a tracker so I can measure how far I do go on it. :-)
Any recommendations on which thing to get to track my miles?

The only tip I have is to do your cycling straight after a meal, preferably dinner as this is usually the heaviest meal of the day. I've read studies that show people that do exercising right after a meal VS waiting an hour before exercising, the ones that exercise straight after are less likely to put more weight on. Good luck anyway!

Wobbles, are you still getting out on your bike? How are you finding it? Do you have any goals or things that you would like to achieve? A charity ride or a personal goal?

Cycling just for the heck of it is really amazing. I find it liberating. Moreover, you can just pick it up and travel anywhere (depending on your capacity) without any worries. A flat tyre maybe.
