I dug mine out the other week (I've got the FitBit Flex), and it's interesting to see how few steps I actually do during the day! I used to easily rack up 12,000 a day at least, but I don't seem to manage that anymore

some days have been much better than other recently, but this new job has me mostly sat at my desk rather than up and down all day.
