Vibro gym

Hey

Has anyone used a vibro gym? Or is using one?

What do you think of them? Pro's/cons please

Haha ignore me I know what you mean now .... I stood on one in gym and hated it but I think I whacked it up high within seconds and rushed for stop button 😂

See I think ill hate it, but have heard good reviews from people who rave about it.
maybe I'll have to try it.
My brother has a friend who is selling one cheapish so maybe it's something j could add to my collection if I like??
Don't really know what they do in regards to work on your body and what not xxx

I think they don't have a great rep in the fitness community but they are good fun. The idea is you force your deep or core muscles to compensate for the vibrating during the exercise. From what I know they help mix awesome drinks are fun at parties and for the more romantically adventurous ....

I don't think they are that great tbh from what I've heard. I guess like anything you will get mixed reviews. I didn't like it
