Walking and jogging to keep fit

I found a way to keep fit and lose some weight by walking and jogging. In the cool of the evening I do a one to two hour part fast-walking and part jogging for one to two hours. I have been doing this everyday for the past two month and noticed some slight reduction in my belly fat.

I am not a jogger however running has worked for me personally! My only suggestion...whenever you build up your endurance, increase the quantity of steps/miles per day. Try to do typically 10,000 steps each day...approximately 5 miles. Additionally, add some weight training to your program. Good luck
