Home workout without a DVD

Does anyone exercise at home without using a dvd workout? What do you do, how many days a week and for how long?

I really need some exercise tips for toning the tummy

Nowadays I use DVDs everyday when I workout at home, but starting out I didn't. Starting out, I would watch TV or listen to the radio for background noise and do exercises like pushups, crunches, squats, and lunges.

For your tummy, there are all kinds of exercises you can do (planks are my personal fave), but cardio is the only one that will get rid of any/all flab.

Ive got a few apps for toning and cardio, I don't use them much now (really should do!) or YouTube, many of the DVDs are on there, or other workouts that people have come up with!

I tend to use a DVD now. But prior to that I would go off a YouTube video or apps
