I always thought nuts and cheese where bad on a diet. Although i'm guessing you don't mean dry roasted nuts and cheese on crackers? I could eat those all day

Nuts are packed with strong proteins. You'll find that nuts and beans have the best proteins for your body and meats have the weakest proteins. Cheese on the other hand is not so healthy. It does provide some protein but is full of fat.
