I've been so good today!

weetabix and banana for breakfast, peanut butter on toast for lunch, chickpea, spinach and sweet potato curry with brown rice for dinner and a banana for a snack! And I'm just sitting down with a green tea!

Exercise wise, I did no more trouble zones, all 50odd minutes of it, I've done 50 inverse squats and just marched on my aerobic step whilst watching corrie!

I can't remember the last time I was this motivated!

Been eating right but I'm crap at exercise.

What is it with chickpeas. I've seen them mentioned a few times on the forum and charls has mentioned it to me too (although she is talking about putting them in the oven). Are they nice? Are they like beans?

Chickpeas are awesome! They're kinda like a cross between a bean and a pea. They're really nice roasted with paprika, they go a bit like nuts! My two love them - the big one actually requested them tonight! And they're full of protein which is always a bonus!
