I have decided not to do any special baking for the upcoming holidays this year. There is already too much temptation all around without adding to it. Seems like everyone's home I visit already sets out enough treats without my adding to it. Do any of you do any special baking or candy making?

Everyweek my MIL bakes whether its rocky road, cupcakes, buns with cream & jam or chocolate cakes. It's so hard to resist when she's always sending them upto our house on a weekend!!!

I will let the kids have one of those cake packs because they are never that nice lol they love baking and I'm a bad mummy and avoided it!!!

It's much different when children are in the picture. We cannot deprive them along with ourselves. That wouldn't be fair, but there are always healthier choices we can do.

Haha mine have but they do baking elsewhere (nannies and childminder) but they do get to eat all the naughty stuff that makes it's way in
