Chewing more slowly can help you decrease your calorie intake. You’ll also produce more hormones that lead to weight loss.

Hey, my name is John Foster I'm currently taking Meticore and it changed my body for the better I'm a college athlete trying to get my body at its peak again because the virus I gained a lot of weight from just sitting around feeling depressed because everything was closed, and I couldn't see friends or family. I was stuck in my dorm because of the unforeseen shut down, but I change my mindset around and I had the courage to get back in shape.
