weight lose techniques

Do not skip breakfast. Skipping breakfast will not help you lose weight.
Eat regular meals.
Eat plenty of fruit and veg.
Get more active.
Drink plenty of water.
Eat high fibre foods.
Read food labels.
Use a smaller plate
