*~* 2020 Losers Thread *~*

Little late but better than never ...

I’ve lost 6lbs over the last couple of weeks. I’m not crazy exercising and my calories are pretty low, wondering if too low atm

My goal is 1lb a week, any more is a winner. I felt a little desperate to lose more but after a friend commented on my FB about her realistic goals good for her health all round she’s right.

Anyone else?

Another drop on the scales makes it 8lbs down in total. Very bloated this week and was very naughty with food yesterday!

8lb is excellent! I’m 3lb down, but I’ve been losing and regaining the same half stone since March

Thanks lovely ... although total is over 2 months. I think my weight when I did this thread was a couple of days before and I’d been naughty so I just lost water retention hence a bigger loss in a week. Very slow for me when I’ve not been doing exercise frequently. I’m up and down with that haha ... intensity needs a kick more than anything!

I’d like to go a clothes size. This week my scales haven’t moved but I feel skinnier, is that even a thing?

I’m down 5lb now in 2 weeks! (Sorry, I’ve mentioned that so many times already!)

Freckles, it definitely is possible! I dropped a clothes size last month and hadn’t actually lost any scale weight! Shame I bloated straight back up when I started eating carbs again!

I got reminded my age will make the process slower ffs I’ve only aged 3 years since I needed a boot up my backside
