Sleep! I find I eat more when I’m sleep deprived. Is it just me?
I also pick awful food choices when I’m tired. Wakening up refreshed makes me tackle the day and I’m choices in it.
Move more and less alcohol. The bad choices for me always happen after too much alcohol!
I said I wouldn’t have alcohol rest if this month, not because of the stop October thing but for weight loss, I lasted 1 day after my shift

I went from 163 pounds to 140 pounds just by making changes in my dinner.
