Its time to think about your diet. Now, this doesn't have to be boring and terrible! You shouldn't starve, you shouldn't be eating only watermelon, or some ridiculous thing like that.

If you expect to lose your baby weight you need to develop good clean eating habits, not some quick scheme! Don't just assume you are eating the right things and waste your time, find a great program that will teach you when, and how to eat for life.

Burn off that fat with a great exercise program. You simply can not lose baby weight fast and keep it off without a great fitness routine. Now, lets talk about this for a bit.

I am a personal trainer and I know most of you ladies don't want to go to the gym, nor do you have the time. So, let's talk about a way to get fit out of the gym.

Take your baby out for a jog/run. They get to be outside with mom and you get your sexy back! Now, that's a win win.

Find some great workout videos, yes a personal trainer is telling you that they work, and they are good!

Try to train at least 4 days a week. The more muscle you build the more fat your burn at rest. You need to get your heart rate up for at least 45 minutes, find a way to do it and I promise you will lose baby weight fast!

Get the right mindset! You will lose your baby weight I promise, it takes dedication. You need to have your plan and stick to it through thick and thin if you are serious!

If you just say, "I want to lose 30 pounds" it most likely won't happen. Establish weekly goals of eating healthy, doing your workouts, and a small weight loss goal (2 pounds per week is great and healthy).
