Hi All

Firstly I will apologise if this post is in the wrong place. I am really struggling to lose anymore weight now as I try and go the the next level. I have gone from 15st 10 to 14st 3 and going in the right direction but my biggest issue is I do not eat any vegetables or fruit really and starting to notice that it is the boredom of the same veg that is causing the issue now.

The textures and smells of veg make me physically sick you see it’s not just me being fussy but I have recently started to grate onion and carrot into dishes and the other 2 veg I will eat are tinned tomatoes and processed peas. Do any of you guys know where I could possibly find a good place that would maybe put a meal plan in place around the ingredients I do like as I am desperate to carry on losing and understand the importance of eating veg hence why I will have peas every day but it is becoming tiresome

I know most will think I am just fussy but it really is more than that, I am literally sick the moment I bite into it ☹

Thank you in advance

What kind of meals do you like eating first of all? Grating sounds like a good idea if it works for you.

What about mixing mash with veg. I sometimes make butternut mash (combined wit normal potato).

What about veg in homemade sauces to add flavour.

What about a smoothie? You would be surprised how well they taste.

Are you on a specific diet?

I agree with the smoothies but you need to be careful what you put in and quantity. Do you like sweet stuff?

Theres so many fruits and vegs I eat now which I wouldn't have touched when I first started eating healthy... Avocados, bananas, peas some examples.

Do you home cook food?

So am I understanding you want recipes only using tin tomatoes, carrots, onions and peas?

You could blend broccoli to add to tomato dishes. Also spinach has no favour and shrinks A LOT once added to a heated dish!

How about making a fruit salad? That way you can get your daily fruit intake, and fruits are delicious too
