What really works?
I have tried several different diets and have the yo-yo affect going on, at the best of times. I lose a few pounds, then gain it all back and sometimes even more. I only need to lose weight off of my stomach, and due to a serious back injury, I am not able to work out in the gym.
I have looked at a few different programs online, but can never decide whether or not they are legit, or some scheme, so I don't sign up for them. Of course they never reveal the food or drink you should stop eating/drinking, in their videos, or what you should be eating/drinking. Go figure!
The entire thing is really quite frustrating.
What kind of things do you guys use?? Are there legit sites that actually work?

I've just signed up to LighterLife, so far so good I'm going to one of the new free slimming clubs. Have you tried LighterLife?

Does anyone ever work on their mindset when it comes to losing weight?

Like Mark suggested, I've also worked on my mindset. Since deciding to lose weight and convincing myself that I can reach the goal that I have set, even if it takes time, I've seen results. I've actually nearly reached the goal I set.
To achieve my goal I decided to go slow, cutting out unhealthy foods little by little, focusing on unprocessed foods (fruit, vegetables, lean meat, fish...) and using a calorie counting app to stay aware of what I really eat.
I use an app for logging my food, which is really handy. I mainly use it as a food diary, but it also offers a lot of healthy recipe ideas, and other tools to help you set healthy goals

Hi Joy
What plans have you followed previously?
I think unfortunately putting on is much easier than losing it. I'm up and down over the years I started my healthier life style.
I find eating in moderation, less processed food, carbs works for me. I know when I'm not eating in moderation and it becomes habit for me NOT to have too much of the foods I love ... I don;t not have them.
Do you have a physio? They could point you in the right direction on what exercises you can do. If you don't I would discuss with the GP seeing someone to help you with your health via exercise to help along side healthy eating!

Well, you can count your calorie intake, or just like the other said, focus on plant based diet, eat more veggies and fruits.
