have decided to join the forum for help and support.
have started my new journey already in January, but still not loosing much weight.
i need to loose 7kg, and after going to a personal trainer, have been going to the gym like crazy, first thing in the morning before going to work.
get up around 5 , go to the gym for about 1h30 mn, where i do 45 mn cardio and then weight training. at least 4x or 5x time a week.
i have decided to stop looking at the kgs lost, but have been measuring muscle growth versus fat loss. slow, 4.5 % body fat lost and almost 5 % muscle gain.
before the summer vacation, i went and got myself some weights to take on holiday with me, and have trained 3 x that week. still another week to go, but this time, i have nothing with me, but my running shoes. have been getting up early and going for big walks. i want the next 6 months to be all about looking better, i don't want to focus on numbers anymore, i just want to tone up a lot. BMI IS overweight. my struggle is drinking so for a few months i have quit driking during the week, and would allow myself drinking during parties with friends and family. is this really what is stopping me to reach my goal ? i want to keep my motivation high, and have good and bad days. any tips ? i just feel like i have tried it all. i don't wan to do any crazy diet, just get my daily nutrition right, quantity right. that is my struggle.

anyway, i want to beleive this journey is just begining for me despite the last 7 months.
anyone out there, feeling the same ?
