Do you have a treat day?
Do you have a treat day? If so when and what do you have?
I use Friday and/or Saturday as treat days mainly because I like my vodka I like to make something I miss too like chilli with soured cream and Doritos but rein in the rest of the time... I don't seem to go too bad that way and don't feel like I'm missing out.
What about you?

Im on Cambridge so can't really do every week, but I do make sure I enjoy events like birthdays, hen nights, holidays etc...
I don't go mad but I don't want to feel miserable on missing out. I think I have found a good medium

Treat time is anytime I decide it is. I won't starve myself over a ton of sweets but I am not going to neglect the craving either. I just try to not go overboard with them.

I try to work in a small treat every day. I need to make sure I stop at one though as I can be so all or nothing!

Totally depends on what I've got planned for the week, if anything. I do WW so i can basically have as many treats as I want while using my weeklies. If I were to have a full on treat day which I have been known to do often then I just scrap them.

I'm the same really, i sort've pick and choose my treats as i go along, but take into account the rest of the day/week too, just to make sure i dont.overdo it. It works better for me that way coz i'm more in control rather the diet controlling me which i cant stick to

I do Weight Watchers also and the one thing I do like is that I can use my points any way I choose. If I choose to use all my points on cake and ice cream I can. I do usually choose one day to have a special treat and plan it into my point schedule. That day varies from week to week.

I do have a treat day. It is always on Sunday when my family and I stay inside the house and watch sports. I usually bake something sweet for all of us. Last Sunday I made brownies with vanilla frosting on top. This weekend I plan on making chocolate mousse for the family. I usually eat two or three helpings of these desserts on my cheat day!
