Trying not to cheat

I was once 120lbs at 5'6 and working out regularly with a healthy diet a couple of years ago. Now I can hardly do a jumping jack or refuse a cookie.
Literally 5 times THIS MONTH i have said "I'm eating healthy" and could not stick to it. Part of me blames my boyfriend who constantly spoils me with chocolates or his parents forcing cake on me but he's gone for a few weeks in Indonesia and I want to try again.
Working out outside is difficult for me because it is snowing and I usually do floor workouts in my house but get too distracted and/or just fall onto the bed.
I. Need. Help. PLEASE

Wow that was a low weight. How tall are you? I was 62kg and size 10, 5ft 5.

Were you single when your fitness and food habits were peak? I've done the same to myself and swear if it doesn't change he has to go

What WO's did you do a couple of years ago?

I go to a Crossfit Gym otherwise I can't motivate myself despite the fact I have loads of fitness stuff at home from a squat rack to a wallball. I'm also getting back into the sprint walk sprint walk routine regardless of weather. It's going to kill me.

The biggest battle is the beginning. You have to FORCE yourself back into it. If you know you loved your fitness routine once through that barrier and zoned in that feelings of GREAT takes over and you want more... also makes it easier to say no to that cake.

Create threads, weekly challenges ... make yourself accountable. I'll look out for your posts!

Thanks so much!
I was very much single and had just moved to New York. I was 5 ft 6. Mostly ab workouts on the floor: 100 crunches a night, bicycle crunches... & a 30 minute YouTube ab workout in the morning.
I am now 135 and not as worried about weight as I am about my figure. Want my thin waist and my abs back.
Thanks for the support. This forum should help keep me on track

I am the same ... I dropped too much so I am literally aiming for a better figure and my abs back. Just a feel good. Plus I kinda like having my boobs back

Haha New Year's Resolution.
I kind of solved it a bit by making it into a competition between my bf and I. Winner gets dinner of choice.

Update:
To deal with my sugar addiction, I decided cut off sweets completely, satisfying my cravings with fruit.

I try to sleep at around 10, wake up at 6:30 and do yoga and workout.

Breakfast is one boiled egg and a bowl of fruit.
I get healthy lunch from my school of usually some sort of vegetarian meat alternative (fish, tofu, etc) and a fruit or vegetable and have a small bag of berries as a snack.
Dinner is a sun basket meal which is vegetarian and usually low cal

I'm trying to run twice a week after school and do around 50 crunches a night to strengthen my core.

This is my plan and I AM GOING TO STICK TO IT (this is me dedicating myself to this plan)

If there are any ideas on how to make it better please let me know. I am pushing through this.

Great plan

Berries are not only amazingly good for you but they do curb sweet cravings especially the mixed berries from the freezer ... once defrosted they taste so sweet and great over a 0% yog, a little granola on days I allow and a cheeky squeeze of choc shot sauce!

So are you vegetarian Jordan?

Could you add in a timed plank? This will give you an idea of your progression.

Sit-ups are also good.

And for BUM purposes I'd add in some squats.

... I'm just wondering if you get bored of doing the same thing because you could definitely round up a handful of exercises and create some blast workouts and shake up each day. It's actually good to do that as well.

Do you have any exercise equipment?
