Serious fatigue

So, obviously I'm doing slimming world, but I'm finding it difficult at night when working my shift, my head starts nodding and I feel exhausted. Not sure if it's due to the food or what, around 2-3am I crack open Relentless Blue (sugar free), and I'm still shattered, like unreal. Was wondering if anyone knows of food or anything to help prevent me feeling this exhausted at night.

I would try some complex carbs rather than caffeine. Night shifts are difficult at the best of times. I'd go for some oats or wholemeal pasta or brown rice which would slowly release their energy. How about packing a tub of pasta salad?

I might give pasta a try, I tend to have couscous so maybe swapping for pasta may help

Try slow releasing carbs and your water increased to 2 litre at least. You can't class the water used in coffee as your water count.

What are your starting times and finish... what are you eating on shift? X

I don't count that, just pure water or with some lemon in it [emoji5] need to figure out which carbs would suite me, sounds odd sorry [emoji85]
My shift starts 10pm-7am, I tend to have a little something around 12-1am, then sometimes will eat a little bit at 3 then I struggle x

It could be worth a trip to the doctors if it doesn't improve. I went through a stage where I was constantly sleepy and fatigued, turned out I had a B12 deficiency. Had injections over the last 9 months (1 every 12 weeks) and felt better.
It may not be the case with you, but worth bearing in mind if you don't solve it yourself

What is the something little at 12-1am and the little but at 3?

Also what is your lifestyle and food habits between 7am and 10pm when you aren't working?

And are you getting enough sleep?
