I take vitamins and find they help me. I hate taking tablets so I posted about the sprays here;

My shift starts 10pm-7am, I tend to have a little something around 12-1am, then sometimes will eat a little bit at 3 then I struggle x
What is the something little at 12-1am and the little but at 3?

Also what is your lifestyle and food habits between 7am and 10pm when you aren't working?

And are you getting enough sleep?

x

Erm can be anything from some oats and yoghurt, grapes, pasta, couscous and the others will be the rest of my food so for e.g. I may have yoghurt oats and strawberries, raspberries, blueberries etc, then I'd have my pasta with peppers, mushrooms, onions and chicken. I sometimes do have a can of relentless zero to give me a little boost.

I tend to get home about half 7, chill out on the sofa for a little bit or do some jobs round the house and sleep by 8-9 depending how tired I am, then if I'm working that night I'll wake up around 4-5, cook something for dinner, like had SW burgers with wedges and some salad.

If I'm not working will wake up at 2ish may make a sandwich on whole meal and organise something for dinner.

I actually haven't had them tested in a while, might get them checked, I got some Holland and Barrett vitamin B and complex to help boost but I get lazy and forget to take them [emoji23] x
