Save me September!

For those of us who've maybe staggered of the path due to kids holidays. Say goodbye to beach fish and chips, icecream and cinema popcorn!

We all want to look good come Xmas so heads are down!

I can't imagine how hard it must be with kids & lack of routine in Summer!

Do you find that winter is worse though? For me, summer is great because I naturally lean towards lighter meals (salads etc), especially if it's hot as that causes my appetite to decrease. But when the temperature starts to dip and the thick jumpers come out of the attic, I yearn for big hearty meals, which tend to be carb-heavy...

I tend to eat worse in summer cos when it's too hot I can't be bothered cooking! Especially when I've got kids fighting and hanging off me in winter when it's cold, I love standing over the hob cooking!
