Can i eat Bananas at night?

A friend of mine told me that its harmful for your health to consume banana's at night. Is it true ? Or its an outdated myth??

I have never heard of that before but it sounds like a myth to me. I've head that they are actually quite good for sleep if eaten before bed

Yes, I do believe they contain a chemical that promotes sleep.

Fully ripe bananas (with black spots on the skin) are supposed to contain TNF (tumour necrosis factor) to help fight cancer. I don't know if that's lies put out by the banana kings to sell more bananas or true. I know the black ones taste yucky.

The carbs actually make most people more sleepy which is a good thing for some. Bananas are low calories and packed with protein, calcium, potassium, fiber, magnesium, vitamin B6, vitamin C, and biotin.

Bananas are particularly a yes to post workout.

Bananas aren't a fruit they are berries/a herb ... berries are a big yes

If it's fitting within your goals/syns/calories/macros then eat them. Generally most people have a cut off for eating. For me I don't like eating after 7pm when it can be avoided.

Bananaa bad for you at night or before bed is a myth. Bananas are good at night and before bedtime. Magnesium has healthy benefits one is sleep. It helps insomnia, helps you to sleep longer and even faster.

I learnt this from my husband.
