Percentage Calculator for Weight Lost

I just found this and thought some of you might like to check your own percentage of your body weight lost.

I lost 49% of mine. Flipping heck! Bit shocked to see how much as a percentage tbh.

First of all "Well Done DaisyCat" You must be pleased with your achievement.

I can't claim such a magnificent result but I am now within a Mars Bar of a 20% loss.

I did email SW to ask (cheekily) about a Club 20 sticker and got the following disappointing reply.

Hi Paul

Thank you very much for your email and Congratulations on your fabulous achievement so far. The Club 10 award is used because research shows that by losing just 10% of your body weight significantly improves your health.
The reason higher percentage awards are not given is because very often an individual reaches their target before then and of course weight loss awards are given along your weight loss journey.

Very Best Wishes and continued success

I have since done my own artwork on PhotoShop and I'll print it onto a T-shirt and turn up at the weigh in with it on, just for fun.

Cheers,
Paul

I had lost 35% at my lowest but I've gained some recently so want to lose around 10 lbs to get back to where I was.

Well done on your weight losses ladies
