Eat protein rich foods. It will make you feel of fuller for longer time and limit your excess food intake habits. Protein rich foods will also helpful to get lean muscle.

Thanks for the tips! They are really helpful. I have also started Yogic Yoga. I read somewhere that Yogic Yoga and Weight Loss are closely related to each other.

do you guys think drinking tea can help with weight loss?
found an article about it on fitlifestylereviews and it looked very promising

You can also add flaxseed in your diet. It is a good source for omega-3 so that you feel energetic throughout the day, as losing weight can sometimes drain the energy levels.

Yeah, some teas do have good therapeutic effects and can surely help with wight loss.

Drinking Lemon and water on an empty stomach its without dobt a great way for weight lose although it gives me heartburn same applies to green tea. What do you think about using natural fat burners? Any thoughts?
