It's so simple, but I often forget about it. All reasons are important, I'm thinking of making myself such a reminder. At the very least, drink water in the morning after bedtime.

I Think You May Like This!

Water (not tap water but Purified water or Alkaline) helps flush out toxins in the body! It also helps you lose weight, IF, you're drinking the right amount for your body weight, which is 1/2 ounce - 1 ounce of water per pound a day!!

Hi there love the motivation on drinking water.. how do u work out exactly how much water you yourself should drink on a daily basis?

It is very difficult for me to drink 2 liters of water because I have to go to the toilet very often
