I never drink enough water. I'm thinking of setting up alarms on my phone to fill a pint glass every 2 hours.

I have started into drinking more water again and it really does me feel better. Fills me up too when a sudden hunger pain hits :-)

Couldn't agree more, but I find it soooooo difficult lol sometimes I manage to drink up to 2L a day and I really feel the benefits, and then the next day I forget to drink regularly and then I find it impossible to drink 1L.. This is really something I need to work on!
