It tracks your movements/exercise during the day, what you eat/calorie intake (you can sync it with your MyFitnessPal account so it updates it) and it even monitors your sleep and wakes you up at the optimum time
Has anyone got one? Are they really as good as they sound?
That's one of the features I actually like. I used the sleep cycle app on my iphone which picks the right time to wake you up based on sleep patterns, and it actually makes you feel soooo much more refreshed. I love my sleep but I also know how crap I feel if I over do it
Icould probably do with an app like that! The problem is though, it takes me so long to wake up, I stay semi conscious for ages! It drives my OH bloody mental! God knows how I'm going to cope when the kids go back to school
