Slimming world - convenience food

Hi guys,

I have an appointment after work then I'm busy later and won't be going home to eat.
Can anyone recommend any food I can buy that doesn't require cooking?
I am near all the major supermarkets and have a subway nearby, can anyone help?

You could grab a pre-made plain salad from whichever supermarket and then get some ham/chicken/something to go on it?

Or even grab a Subway salad. These are free: beef, chicken breast, beef, ham, chicken tikka, chicken teriyaki and turkey breast
The sauces are:
Sweet onion – 1½ Syns per serving
Honey mustard – 1½ Syns
BBQ sauce – 1½ Syns
Ranch dressing – 2 Syns
Light mayonnaise – 3 Syns
Chipotle Southwest – 4½ Syns

Just ask them to pile your bowl high with the lettuce, cucumber, etc. and you're sorted

The salad was gorgeous, had chicken with lettuce, onion, tomato, onion, sweetcorn and honey mustard for 1.5 syns!
Their lovely and ideal before I go to the gym too as their not too heavy but I get the energy I need from them.

Fantastic!

I have to admit I've never had a salad from Subway, and I always forget they do them (my mind instantly thinks bread when I think of Subway ) so I usually avoid the place!

I must remember next time I'm out and need lunch
