Swimming will work great, also another simple way to burn calories without spending all day in the gym, is to get up every hour and walk around for 5 minutes. By the end of the day you would have done 30-60 minutes of walking depending how much you do it. Good luck

I pity you but I know people force themselves for weighing down and a stage comes when their metabolism stops working or lowers it. actually weight loss efforts differ from person to person and every one is to take care of choosing the right program. I can suggest you try a supplement beyond weight management tea. it will boost your weight loss efforts and melt your extra fat down in a healthy manner.
