Constant yo-yo-ing?

It's winding me up now! I lost 4lb last week, I knew it wasn't a healthy loss, it was cos I'd not been eating through stress, but then at the weekend I put it all back on *sigh*

I just seem to be in a constant cycle of losing in the week, gaining back over the weekend and spending the next week trying to claw it back!

I know it's going to be harder to shift my final 1/2stone, but it's driving me bloody mad!

I've been doing the same for the last few weeks with the same 3-4lbs. As soon as I break the barrier I end up gaining the following week so back where I started! This morning I got up and before I could even think about food I've gone and signed back up to WW classes, that way i know i can do it but won't keep diet switching at home. I have to stick to it.

Have you thought about going to classes just to lose the last 7lb? x

I can't afford it ATM! I dunno if it's not the right time with everything else going on, or if I'm just not being strong enough! Probs a combination of the two, I don't really have enough in me to cook a proper healthy meal at tea time, so am having a lot of quick and easy foods. Like last night was sausage egg and chips, the night before was a "chicken" Kiev and waffles but I've just got that much on my mind, cooking's like the last thing I can be bothered with

That's totally understandable considering how much you've got going on what about picking some ready meals up then just adding veg/salad to them? x

I don't really like ready meals I'm so fussy! I'm gona try adding veg to meals to bulk them out a bit I think! Probably totally the wrong time for me to be dieting really, it's just frustrating me!

Can you buy ingredients, cook for a day and put everything in the freezer so you have stuff you can just pull out and eat on an evening?

If it's any consolation I binged yesterday

I just keep telling myself, it's not a race it's a marathon.
