Hi help please with free "Red " food

Hi I'm new to this in fact this is my first post but I've been reading and following you all for ages, just a bit shy of joining in! please can someone confirm I'm ok with a can of tuna in brine, chopped cucumber on 2 small slices of wholemeal bread from healtby extra B list? Is that syn free?
Im Trying to do this by using my really old Red/Green books I don't have any Healthy Extra books lol I'm doing my best to gather info from you lovely folk & online, thanks very much x

Hi Jessie. I am new to this site as well. I am doing Slimming World. You are right in as much as the tuna in brine is free and as a HX you can have 2 slices of 400g bread or 1 slice of 800g bread. I hope this helps and let me know if you need any more info. I am doing SW online. Good luck.x

Hi cinnamon
Thats great thank you
I m doing well just sticking with the old regime of red & green as I can't get my head around the new combined diet. So far lost 10lbs. I'll be sure & ask if I get stuck again which I'm sure I shall, I'm learning as I go, I can't go to classes so its all a bit hit & miss, thanks for the support & good luck
