So how many stone lbs has it take you to drop a dress or jean size?

Everyone is different so answers will be interesting.

I was heading into a size 20 (just) I was 14s 11lb I now 11s 6lb (official weigh-in figure) and in a 12.

47.8lbs down so I'd say about 15lbs down per jean size (keeping in mind my size 20 was just creeping up).

I think I was about a stone a size. I was probs a 16 when I started out at almost 12st, could possibly have been bigger judging by the muffin top in pics

I now hover around 9st2/4 and am an 8/10. I can fit in 8s, but am not always comfy in them, so a 10 gives me a bit more breathing space!

That's about the way it is for me; about 15 lbs per size.

Yeah I think I was around 1st per size too. When I was 14st a few years ago I was creeping into 18's but I'm only 5ft 3 x

Yeah roughly a stone. With that in mind I should be in the next size shortly

i was prob a tight 18/20 at 19st, now im easily a 16, and might start looking at 14s in certain things (cardi arms are gettin baggy etc) so will have to see. i recckon about a stone per size for me too!
