I'm an emotional/boredom eater, but stress definitely kills my appetite, hence me losing 4lbs in as many days last week!

Stress, eating, and weight loss are correlation with each other, this cannot be denied. I found few interesting articles about the relationship between these three concepts.

If I'm stressed or worried I won't hardly eat. I'm definitely an emotional/boredom eater
