Am not 100% on this but there is a food supplement called L_Tyrosine. Those days when you are dieting and feel a bit down. Where you crave a cheat meal for a bit of a feel good fix. You take some of this instead. It is supposed to make you feel better and quell that urge. Not tried it yet but just got a tub through the post is pretty cheap and seems to have no side effects listed. T.b.h. am bit scared of stuff that messes with brain chemistry but when you think of cheeses addictive opiate effects or caffeine being classed as a neurotoxin then what the hey we are all doomed anyway Actually read an article ages back on how disease like flu have evolved to release chemicals which cause us to become more sociable so it can spread. Cats owners with there toxoplasmosis that makes them more accident prone and slightly suicidal. Scary stuff. Sorry not posted in a while so making up for it. Good luck and have fun with it all. Its only food at the end of the day
