Even if they do think it, it's not like they'd tell you tbh seeing ladies on holiday that were larger than me in bikinis was kinda comforting, kind like, well if they're happy then I suppose I'm happy. If that doesn't sound awful their bellies all looked better than mine mind, especially when I burned my stretch marks and had bright pink tiger stripes

As of today being the day of the week I check for progress I have lost 33.6 pounds, this is over the course of a few years. I was really sick last year and ended up not working out for about six months. For me I still have a little in the stomach area that I am working on but I really do not care what other people think about it, so I would go for it.

When you are on vacation what are the odds you will ever see those people again? If they have a problem that is their problem, not yours. If you want to sport it, do it!

I never double take at large women in bikinis..after all they're on their holidays but for me,personally its costumes all the way. I'm at the top end of the 15 stones and even being in a costume makes me feel like crap and I'm constantly covering myself in kaftans and towels etc so the thought of being sat on a sun lounger with my bare belly out is just not for me. Major low in the confidence area.

I think it's the herd mentality thing, if everyone else is doing it, I may as well too I did always make sure I had somethin to hand to cover my belly when I wanted to sit up though!

I was a nightmare buying one though, I spent months looking at them with OH and when I eventually bought one, I tried on every one in the shop and multiple sizes in some! The woman's face was like when I came out the shop

Whilst I think it's ok, I think you should also dress for your figure to some extent, try to find something flattering, that enhances your good bits, not just chuck anything on because you're on holiday.

You may never see those people again but you don't want to spend the whole holiday wondering what people think or if they are looking at you

It's all about being comfortable, if you're not comfortable in a bikini then don't feel you have to because you're on holiday and "everyone else" is

I'm really loving the whole trend of these cutout swimsuits, just as good as a bikini but they hide more wobbly bits lol

I really wanted a cut out swimsuit! Couldn't find one that would keep my boobs under control though they're so nice though!
